Six that come up most.
Which tier should I open? +
If you trade less than five lots a month, Standard usually works out cheaper because there is no per-lot commission. Above that, the tighter Raw spread more than covers the $3.00. You can switch tier once per calendar month at no cost.
Is the commission charged both ways? +
Yes. $3.00 per lot per side on Raw, so $6.00 for a round turn on one standard lot. It is charged at execution and shown on the fill, not batched at end of day.
What is the spread actually made of? +
On Raw and above it is the raw interbank spread with no markup, so what you see is what our providers quote. On Standard we add a fixed markup instead of charging commission.
What does the Plus tier change? +
It is Raw pricing with the commission stepped down to $2.75 per lot, and it opens at $1,000 rather than $500. Everything else, including depth and withdrawal speed, is identical to Raw.
Can I hold more than one account? +
Yes, up to five under one verified identity, on any mix of tiers. Margin is not pooled between them, which is a deliberate way to ring-fence strategies.
What happens if I withdraw below the minimum? +
Nothing immediately. The minimum applies at opening. If the balance stays below it for 90 days we move the account to the nearest tier down and tell you before we do.
